Job Opportunity: CSO - Sales Director (UK clients)

About the Role:

Realiste AI is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team, with a primary focus on our UK customers. As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies tailored to the UK market and building a high-performing sales team.

Compensation: $5000-20000 + KPI + Shares

Criteria:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A seasoned coach who has personally closed numerous deals and successfully taught others how to do the same.
  • Well-acquainted with the UK market, with at least 5 years of experience in sales within the region.
  • Capable of showcasing content (videos) or demonstrating a seller training system.
  • Able to provide details of deals closed, including names, dates, and prices.
  • Possesses a network of excellent salespeople with whom they have worked or previously worked and can engage them within one week.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the job essence and methods for achieving results.

Qualities:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Extroverted and not afraid to take initiative, with a strong drive to personally close key clients.
  • Primarily motivated by financial rewards and recognition.
  • Has experience appearing in videos, creating content, and developing training systems.
  • Can evaluate our sales system as a customer to identify flaws and propose improvements.
